🎤 “Bands don’t just play music, they create revolutions.” 🎶 As part of RITU 2025, the techno-cultural fest of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Govt. Engineering College, Kottayam, this is your moment to shine, to roar, and to claim the spotlight. 🔥 We welcome all those amazing bands to be part of BATTLE OF BANDS, a musical extravaganza with a prize pool of 25K, and make unforgettable memories with your music! 🎸✨.The guidelines for the competition are as follows: Rules and Regulations 📌 Each team must consist of a minimum of 3 members and a maximum of 10 members. 📌 The registration fee for the event is Rs. 1300/- per team. 📌 Each team will be allotted a total of 15 minutes: 10 minutes for performance and 5 minutes for soundcheck. Strict adherence to the allotted time is required, as both exceeding and falling short will affect evaluation. 📌 Performances are open to all musical genres. 📌 Extra credit will be awarded for original compositions, showcasing creativity and uniqueness. 📌 Teams must bring their own instruments. A drum set will be provided by the organizers. 📌 Performances must be strictly live. Use of karaoke tracks or pre-recorded backgrounds is not permitted. 📌 Judges will value based on rhythm, tempo control, and overall musical flow.
